NEXT DAY DELIVERY
- Your flowers are arranged, hand-packed and delivered by next-day courier directly from our flower emporium.
- Your flowers will be delivered between 8am and 8pm, but if we’re exceptionally busy it could be between 7am and 9pm.
- If you want to ensure you reach the recipient at home, please select one of our timed delivery options. We cannot guarantee the exact time your flowers will be delivered when you choose our standard free delivery.
- If we can’t reach the recipient at home, we will leave your flowers in a secure place or follow delivery instructions provided. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to follow delivery instructions on each occasion.
- You will get an email & sms notification as soon as your flowers have dispatched our flower emporium, and also as soon as they have been delivered.
LETTERBOX DELIVERY
- Your flowers are hand-packed into our signature letterbox in bud form,to ensure a comfortable route to their destination. They are delivered by next-day courier directly from our flower emporium.
- The same delivery times, delivery notifications and guaranteed delivery options as above apply also to letterbox flowers.
FUNERAL DELIVERY
- Funeral flowers are delivered by our partner florists closest to your selected delivery address.
- Funeral deliveries are available from Tuesday to Saturday.
- To ensure that your flowers are received on time, please select the day prior to the funeral as the delivery day. If you’re sending sympathy flowers, you can select from our next day range available 7 days a week.
INTERNATIONAL FLOWER DELIVERY
- International flower deliveries are arranged by local florists in your selected country on our behalf.
- We are unable to provide delivery notifications for international orders or guarantee to be able to follow delivery instructions.
- Deliveries are normally made between 8am and 6pm by a florist local, in exceptional cases deliveries may be made until 8pm.

Only for returnable Lifestyle category and Fine Jewellery items, returns are only applicable if the product is in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and with seals and tags intact.
Pack your item (with its original packaging and tags intact) together with the returns slip and invoice (Seller only) into your ZALORA delivery package and submit your return request online. Drop off at PosLaju/CollectoCo/NinjaVan (Malaysia), PostCo (Klang Valley), and SF Express Jifee (Brunei). Or book a return pick up via Grab (Klang Valley) or SF Express Jifee (Brunei).
Any additional items delivered with your order (i.e. product tags, dust bags, branded boxes, and/or gift with purchase) must be returned together for the refund to be processed successfully.
Cash on delivery is available for selected postal codes in Malaysia.

Malaysia: Enjoy FREE shipping or LOWER shipping fees (depending on your delivery region) when you spend RM 99 and above on items sold by ZALORA. Items sold by each respective Seller and fulfilled by ZALORA must also equal to or exceed RM 50, unless stated otherwise. Final shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
